How it Works
We’ve made the process simple and meaningful. From booking to delivery, each step is designed to help you preserve your loved one’s story with care and ease.
Step 1: Schedule the Interview
You’ll pick a time that works best for your family. Interviews are conducted via Zoom, and we’ll guide the entire conversation to help bring out meaningful stories, memories, and advice.
Step 2: Purchase a Documentary Package
Securely purchase the remote legacy documentary through our trusted checkout page. Your payment confirms your spot, and you'll immediately receive everything you need to begin.
Step 3: Send Us Photos & Media
We'll ask you to upload cherished photos or videos from throughout your loved one’s life. These will be beautifully woven into the final film to bring the story to life.
Step 4: We Edit the Story into a Timeless Film
Once the interview is complete, we carefully edit the footage, audio, and photos into a heartfelt ~10–15 minute documentary — crafted to preserve voice, wisdom, and emotion forever.
Step 5: Receive & Share Your Legacy Film
You’ll receive a digital download of your finished film, ready to watch, share, and keep for generations. It’s more than a video — it’s a piece of your family’s history.
Release Agreement / Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 9, 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Timeless Legacy ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing our services, scheduling an interview, or submitting materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Services Provided
Timeless Legacy creates personal documentary films based on interviews and media you provide. Our services include:Scheduling and conducting interviews (remotely via Zoom)Editing photos, footage, and voice recordings into a personal documentaryDelivering final videos digitally in high-definition format2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to initiate productionPayments are processed securely via StripePayments are non-refundable once editing or interview prep has begun, unless otherwise agreed3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling is done through Calendly or a similar third-party toolRescheduling must be requested with at least 24 hours' noticeMissed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions without refund4. Representation and Third-Party Consent
If you are purchasing this service on behalf of another individual (e.g., a parent or grandparent), you are responsible for ensuring they review and sign our Media Release and Consent Form prior to the interview.
We will not conduct interviews, use likenesses, or deliver videos without signed consent from the subject or their legal representative.5. Ownership and Licensing
You retain ownership of all submitted media and personal contentThe final edited video is yours to keep and share for personal useYou grant Timeless Legacy a non-exclusive license to use portions of the project for promotional or portfolio purposes only if you give written or checkbox consentSeparate written consent will be required for inclusion in any subscription-based or public-facing library6. Media Usage in Subscription Library
No documentary content will be included in any paid-access library, archive, or educational resource without a separate signed agreement from the person featured in the video (or their legal representative).
We will always seek direct permission before using personal stories in this way.7. Use of Third-Party Contractors
We may engage freelance video editors, sound designers, or technical assistants to help with production. All contractors:Sign strict confidentiality agreements (NDAs)Only access files relevant to your projectAre not allowed to retain or reuse your content in any wayTimeless Legacy remains fully responsible for their compliance.8. Delivery and Revisions
Final video delivery is expected within 2–3 weeks after the interview and media submissionYou may request up to two rounds of revisions within 7 days of receiving the videoAdditional revisions may be subject to a fee9. Legal Release and Consent
By using our services, you (or your representative) grant us permission to:Record and edit the subject's likeness, voice, and storyUse agreed-upon material for promotional purposes, with consentStore and process the video and related assets securely10. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by internet disruptions, file upload issues, or other technical events outside our controlFinal video accuracy is based on submitted material and the information provided by the interview subject11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably before taking legal action.12. Contact
